Hastelloy Woven Wire Mesh
Hastelloy is a family of corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys that are known for their excellent chemical resistance, high strength, mechanical properties, and resistance to high temperatures. Its ability to withstand harsh environments, high temperatures, and extreme pressure make it the ideal choice for demanding metal wire mesh applications.
Hastelloy wire mesh is commonly used in the chemical processing industry, oil and gas refineries, aerospace industry, and many other applications where corrosion resistance and durability are critical. The wire mesh made from this material has exceptional resistance to corrosion, erosion, and pitting, enabling it to remain durable in the harshest environments for a long period of time.
As a professional manufacturer of woven wire mesh, we can meet your various customization needs. This includes wire diameter, mesh size, weaving method, filtration level, mesh count and width, etc., and we can provide them in the form of rolls or sliced into any shape and size.
Hastelloy Analysis
Hastelloy has several grades, such as Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy G, and Hastelloy X. When it comes to wire mesh manufacturing, Hastelloy C-276 and C-22 are the most commonly used grades due to their good corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments. Hastelloy B-2 is sometimes used in wire mesh manufacturing due to its resistance to hydrochloric acid.
Hastelloy C-276 wire mesh is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy mesh that has excellent corrosion resistance, including resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
Hastelloy C-22 wire mesh is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy mesh that has strong corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive media, including chlorine, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid.
