Inconel Wire Mesh
Inconel wire mesh is a special nickel-chromium alloy wire mesh with different characteristics. Excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance in various harsh environments.
It is non-magnetic and can maintain high strength and good weldability in the temperature range from low temperature to 2000℉(1093℃). At the same time, it has good corrosion resistance to the medium-strength reducing environment, and will not be attacked by chloride ions and alkaline salt solutions.
The main component of Inconel wire mesh is nickel, followed by chromium. Then according to the composition content of different metal elements, it is divided into many types. Common Inconel materials include Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, and Inconel X-750. These differentiated compositions affect the characteristics of Inconel wire mesh in different environments.
Among them, Inconel 600, Inconel 601, and Inconel 625 are commonly used to make woven wire mesh.
