90-10 Bronze Woven Wire Mesh Screen
Bronze wire mesh is also a commonly used copper alloy wire mesh product. It has a unique natural metallic color (antique bronze). But like the copper wire mesh, it also produces patina changes, and the patina color will turn into a gorgeous green-brown, which plays a key role in decorative applications.
Bronze is also an alloy mainly composed of copper, and the material commonly used to make bronze wire mesh is a bronze alloy composed of 90% copper and 10% zinc (also known as bronze CDA 220 wire mesh).
As a professional manufacturer of bronze wire mesh, we can meet your various customization needs. This includes wire diameter, mesh size, weaving method, filtration level, mesh count and width, etc., and we can provide them in the form of rolls or sliced into any shape and size.
Bronze Analysis
Compared with brass wire mesh, it has better corrosion resistance and strength than brass alloys. And has many of the same characteristics as copper wire mesh, such as flexibility, ductility, and durability. Corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity are not as good as copper wire mesh, but the addition of zinc makes it stronger than copper.
95-5 Phosphor Bronze Wire Mesh
A copper-tin alloy, which is called phosphor copper wire mesh. It’s made up of 94.8% copper, 5% tin, and 0.2% phosphorus, and it has superior physical properties and corrosion resistance compared to brass and copper. The addition of tin enhances the strength and corrosion resistance, while a small amount of phosphorus increases its stiffness and wear resistance. This makes it the perfect choice for weaving fine bronze wire mesh with a small diameter.
